VIETNAMESE CULTURAL AWARENESS – SHOPEE

Ms. Huỳnh Phương của Wings Academy đã được vinh dự mời chia sẻ chuyên đề “Giao tiếp xuyên văn hóa – Văn hóa Việt Nam” cho các Anh Chị quản lý người nước ngoài của Shopee. Buổi workshop tuy ngắn nhưng có rất nhiều câu chuyện thú vị về trải nghiệm văn hóa được chia sẻ từ các Anh Chị đến từ các quốc gia New Zealand, Mỹ, Úc, Anh, Colombia, Ấn Độ, Thái Lan và Singapore. Ms. Huỳnh Phương cũng như Wings mong là sau buổi Workshop này các Anh Chị ấy sẽ hiểu về VN và văn hóa VN nhiều hơn để có thể hòa nhập tốt hơn, cảm thấy thoải mái hơn khi làm việc và sống tại đây. Ngoài ra, Văn phòng Shopee đẹp vô cùng với phong cách thiết kế trẻ trung, hiện đại và cảnh quan 4 mặt đều đẹp. Mong sẽ có dịp quay lại văn phòng này.

It was my hornor to be invited as a guest speaker for Shopee expat managers with the short workshop about Cross-cultural communication – Vietnamese culture. There were lots of interesting stories about cultural experiences which were shared by the attendants from New Zealand, USA, Australia, UK, Colombia, India, Thailand and Singapore. I hope the workshop can help them undertand more about Vietnam and Vietnamese culture so that they can enjoy working and living in Vietnam. By the way, Shopee office is really attractive with young and modern design and spectacular views from 4 sides. Love to come back here one day.
